• Born and raised in West Virginia, USA, Pug is my first, epic-adventure novella. Pug has truly been a work-in-progress; ten long years to be exact. That's how long it took me to write the entire story from scribbles of ink on a notepad to the final draft saved to PDF.
• It was a journey of my soul, indeed, but one that was well worth the work...and well worth the wait. Good things happen slowly, especially in your quest for something greater.
• You really do write the story of your life one day at a time and discover a whole new world as you do -- the world of you.
• Overcoming obstacles and distractions and fears and doubts is part of the journey. But perhaps, it's that beautiful struggle to thrive and feel alive that makes life the greatest adventure of all!
• Never stop believing in what you're capable of. I've always said, like fireflies, we all have the ability to shine in the midst of darkness -- and that is so true.
• Yes, I do believe that each of us have a unique ability to shine and share the goodness of the renewing light in a world that is ever-increasingly chaotic and dark.
• With the help of faith and steadfast endurance to finish the race, we truly are amazing creations capable of anything.
• That's what writing Pug has taught me...to never give up, to never quit even when I feel discouraged, to never stop hoping or imagining a better life -- a better way to live -- with joy and happiness.
• Create the life you want to live. Create yourself, don't hate yourself. Light up the night with love. Help isn't a word, it's an action.
• I've said these things over the years, as I've strived to live true to my own words.
• Living your truth doesn't always come easy, but as they say, good things usually don't. With God as your partner, the difficult things become easier, and things work out. Know your #God-Worth
• Pug hasn't been an easy task, but it's certainly led me to the truth of my existence. It's led me to destiny. The Master Plan God had for me all along.
