To say God is the universe is incorrect because that statement would limit God to the confines of the human constructs of what we perceive and deem the universe to be, and since God is beyond the singularity of one universe -- as He is the infinitely complex creation force of energy and light that brings universes into existence...eternally -- one could correctly state that God is everything...and all universes are God...but God is not just one universe.

Every time you touch anything, you do an energy transfer with it. You unknowingly transfer energy all the time, and that constant process of transferring energy has one of two effects on you. A positive effect or a negative effect. It's all in what you transfer energy with.
Some energy that you come in contact with is not good energy, and when you do an energy transfer with it -- or an energy exchange -- it affects the balance of your energy, which affects the energy levels of your mood; whether your mood is functioning from a lower vibrational energy (bad mood) or a higher vibrational energy (good mood).
It's important to understand that everything you come in contact with every day of your life, you do an energy transfer with it, you exchange energy with it -- good or bad.
That's also why it's super important that you are selective with what you allow access to your energy. Be selective in who you allow to have access to your energy and what things or situations you allow your energy to be subjected or exposed to. You can't always control who comes in contact with you or what comes in contact with you, but being aware of energy transfer and energy exchange is a crucial step in your soul awakening process.
